Can we sign the NDA agreement before sending the product documentation for a quote?
Yes, this is a standard procedure which Virocast applies when starting any new production cooperation with contractors. To speed up the NDA contract conclusion procedure as much as possible, we send our contract template for approval or to propose any changes.
Does Virocast provide a guarantee for the ordered aluminium, zinc or injection mould?
Of course, we provide a warranty for all production tools designed and manufactured by Virocast engineers. The length of the guarantee strictly depended on the type of project, including production quantities and the type of material from which the product is to be delivered.
I have my production tools, can I transfer them to Virocast?
As Virocast, we have extensive experience in helping to implement new products or optimize them for our contractors.
